Cleverly designed, the Pembrooke by Homebuyers Center pays homage to Australia’s unique landscape through a variety of complementary colors and features.

John Care, Director of Signage and New Products at Homebuyers Center, said the versatility and flexibility of the layout would meet the needs of entertaining families large or small.

“This home would suit both first-time buyers entering the market who are looking for a spacious home with plenty of room for entertaining, as well as families,” he said.

A sleek, modern elevation with textured limestone cladding presents a warm welcome to Pembrooke.

According to Mr Care, the house has been decorated in an urban Australian style.

“The house features colors and tones that reflect our unique Australian landscape,” he said.

“Shades of greens and earth tones like rusts and grays create a color palette that pays homage to our country.”

From the spacious cinema room to the open-plan living room, the Pembrooke puts relaxation and entertainment at the forefront of its design.

“The inclusion of a large open kitchen, living room and dining area in the center of the home creates a central hub, allowing owners a dedicated space for family and guests to gather,” Mr. Care said.

The L-shaped galley features a 1m wide island bench with Caesarstone worktops, plenty of storage and quality stainless steel appliances and fittings. While the vast games room, which has direct access to the kitchen and the living room, allows you to continue having fun in the heart of the house.

According to Care, multiple access points present a seamless transition for indoor/outdoor living in Pembrooke.

“The alfresco has direct access to both the game room and the living room,” he said.

“Large sliding doors connect the areas and when opened there is uninterrupted access to the outdoor entertaining area from the open plan area.

“The outdoor entertainment area includes both a formal dining area and a casual built-in seating area with a fire pit.”

Mr Care said another appealing aspect was the zoning of the sleeping quarters, with the master bedroom providing a sense of retreat and sanctuary from the rest of the house.

“The Pembrooke is zoned so that the master bedroom at the front of the house is separated from the three minor bedrooms at the back, providing space and privacy away from entertaining areas,” it said. he declares.

“The en-suite has a double vanity and double shower with sleek Reece fixtures, while a spacious walk-in closet ensures storage is no problem in the master bedroom.”

The Pembrooke, in Lakelands, is open for viewing Wednesdays from 2-5 p.m. and Saturdays and Sundays from 12-5 p.m.
